In the Summer of 2020, The Setting partnered with StayMarquis, a full-service, luxury vacation rental platform catering to a high-end clientele of customers with over 500 properties in the Hamptons. With a special focus on hospitality, The Setting specializes in curating unique moments within these luxury experiences to further enhance both the guest experience and brand presence within each home.

The Setting refreshed the StayMarquis property Amagansett Allure, a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home located in Amagansett, NY. The team increased the property’s value by brightening, updating and enhancing its interiors and exterior. The Setting utilized vendor relations to minimize expenditures in various categories, including indoor and outdoor furniture, decor, bedding, bath amenities, security systems, kitchenware, appliances and welcome VIP gifts.
